Our office is in a family setting where we all pitch in to do what is needed to make our gold-standard Montessori materials and maintain a wholesome, uplifted working environment. Health insurance, life insurance, 401K (matching), sick time, paid time off, and paid holidays for all full-timers. Part-timers gets paid time off, sick time, and 401k matching.
